NAT64 is a way for IPv6-only clients to reach IPv4-only servers. If on the other hand you want IPv4-only clients to reach IPv6-only servers, you need a different solution.

If you are managing an IPv6-only server and want to make it reachable for IPv4-only clients you can use this frontend which I implemented many years ago and keep running.

If you are on an IPv4-only network and need to connect to IPv6-only servers you may need a tunnel.
