I take no responsibility for the security of servers or clients making use of this service. Keeping your own system secure is your responsibility.
Any disputes over content accessed through this service or over security breaches exploited through this service must be resolved between user and site owner without me becoming a part of the dispute.
Information about which parties you are communicating with on the other side of this service is readily available. I am is not required to help you, if you are unable to understand the information.
You are not allowed to send a packet flood to this service or to any other system through this service.
You are not allowed to attempt to breach the security of the servers hosting this service or the software running on them.
You are not allowed to perform attacks on systems through this service without consent of the owner of the targeted system. What constitutes an attack includes but is not limited to: Sending spam in any form. Scanning IPs and/or ports. Exploiting security vulnerabilities.
You are not allowed to use this service to access content, which is illegal in Denmark, or in any EU country where the NAT64 gateways are hosted.
You are not allowed to make use of the NAT64 gateways in ways where a substantial amount of traffic bypass the assignment of traffic to NAT64 gateways provided by the associated DNS64 service.
Pointing AAAA records through the NAT64 prefixes is only permitted for temporary usage and only for low traffic domains.
Use of these NAT64 gateways with 464XLAT is permitted when the 464XLAT services individual devices or small dual stack networks.
I make no promise about data retention. Keeping backups of data is the responsibility of client and server, not the intermediate network infrastructure.
I make no promise about availability of this service. You will not be compensated for downtime.
I may keep logs of any relevant data for any of the following purposes:
I may publish statistics based on logs in aggregated form.
I may hand over any logs to authorities if presented with a warrant from a court of law in the kingdom of Denmark.
I am allowed to block, rate-limit, or intercept traffic when there is a reasonable suspicion of abuse.
